DELIVERY INFORMATION

M & C Wilkinson Ltd ship parts worldwide. Conditions imposed by our card issuer require that if you pay by credit card, we may only deliver to the address at which your card is registered unless otherwise requested by telephone, fax or e-mail, we will provide the optimum delivery service for your parcel consistent with minimum cost and adequate speed.

The cost of delivery depends largely on several factors including where in the world is it to be sent (some areas can incur a surcharge if they are deemed to be in a remote location), how quickly do you want it delivered, how valuable is it, and most important of all, how heavy or sizeable your order is as couriers work to volumetric weights. The first three factors may be known, but in many cases the weight and size cannot be known until your order is packed.

We have many stock items for most of which we know the weight. Yet we can also supply many other items from our suppliers which we may not know the size and weight of until they arrive in stock. Another consideration is that sometimes the packaging itself can have significant weight - for example heavy items have to be in strong containers, and delicate items such as glass or panels have to be well-protected.

We also draw your attention to the fact that an increasing number of countries levy an additional import tax or customs duty which is nothing to do with us, but which you do have to pay. In case of doubt, please contact your own countries' Customs and Excise department to establish what this charge (if any) may be.

You are strongly advised to ask us for a quotation on shipping costs to non European countries and not to use automatic credit card payment as we use various different couriers and we will endeavour to obtain the most cost effective delivery method for you.

Please note that all deliveries requiring a signature will need to be opened and checked for any damage before you sign for the delivery as you are in effect signing for the goods in good condition. If an damage or loses due to damage are noted then you must sign for the parcel in damaged condition.
